Well maintenance supervision
• I supervise all the wire-line/Slick-line jobs either by opening of the “H5” or taking the well formations and data for lab examination. For example: if the pressure in the H5 is much higher than the existing pressure, string has to be equalized by means of special pump before opening.
• I supervise re-perforation of the upper zone by cutting off of the lower zone and cement it by means of special cable unit.
• I supervise using cable line to swab well.
• Well head maintenance, check valves and actuators
• Opening of the down hole gauge by hand pump and lock open
• Locks open the actuator with lock device.
• Monitor well head pressure during Slick-line operation

RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ASSISTANT DRILLER

• Directs drill crew during jacking operations.
• Directs drill crew during pre-loading.
• Review with the driller, tools pusher and client various aspect of the well program and it requirements.
• Pre-plan the equipment, materials and proper sequence of constructing the well from start to finish and obtain approvals of plan from tool pusher and client.

• Conducts a pre-spud meeting with all drill crew members to outline the details of the well program and prepares each work team member for the task ahead.
• Assist and supervises all drill crew members in performing maintenance and equipment safety checks on the drilling system as needed.
• Direct drilling crew in the repositioning of the derrick sub-structure and related drilling equipment over the next well jacket.
• Assist the driller to make up the Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) and stands the drill collars back to the derrick.
• Assist the driller to run the hoisting equipment while driving surface casing.
• Direct the nippling up of the annular preventer diverter.
• Direct installation of bell nipple and flow line assembly.
• Help to monitor all pertinent drilling instruments.
• Assist the driller to operate the rig hoisting equipment, rotary table, along with supervising the drill crew in connecting and running various tools and equipment necessary to construct the well bore as per client drilling program.

2. Fully responsible for the efficient and safe running of all the equipments within PPF and wellheads, ensuring that all parameters and reading are being taken and properly recorded and archived as per the procedures.
3. Responsible to face and take necessary corrective actions against emergencies and process upsets, fluctuation, leaks, power failure and instrument air failure, pump failure etc.
4. To liaise with the PPF maintenance supervisor to schedule maintenance and inspection programmed with down turn in production nomination.
5. To liaise with subcontractor/client department to carryout necessary well testing and data acquisition program.
6. Prevent wax formation by injection the right chemical with the right rate, maintain heat as required.
7. Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly operation reports
8. Ensure as an Area Authority, that the permit to work system is appropriately implemented.
9. Ensure that the control room operator monitors and controls process and well production rates, as determined by the procedures and management.
10. Reviews the diagnosis made by the operators over instrumentation and mechanical departments corrective actions and monitors the follow-up. Also diagnoses and indentifies malfunctions.
11. Maintain high production efficiency and HSE awareness and to improve reliability of all facility equipment
